Our Angel Cake features a unique blend of flavours and textures.

Featuring a two-tone meringue with finger lime, a citrus fruit native to Australia with a zesty and slightly tart flavour, the finger lime adds a bright and refreshing note to the meringue. The rosella icing is garnished with edible flowers and muntries - a native Australian fruit which resembles a cross between apples and blueberries.

Storage instructions: Can be kept at room temperature 21C for three days. Keep refrigerated or frozen to prolong shelf life.
